Organic Valley Half-and-Half (healthy Splash Per Serving)

    • Place coffee liquid in the fridge and allow to cool. Use as needed.
To make iced coffee, pack a glass full of ice cubes - best made from your last iced coffee. Fill glass 2/3 full with coffee liquid. Add healthy splash of Organic Valley Half-and-Half. Dear Birds & Beans supporters,

Over six years ago Scott Weidensaul and I agreed we could and would do something about raising the level of awareness about coffee and bird conservation in the USA. We wanted everyone to understand the reasons why buying coffee with the Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center’s ‘Bird Friendly®’  certification is important – even critical - to bird conservation. So with other good partners we launched Birds & Beans, the Good Coffee.

Our idea was and still is that there are hundreds of thousands, probably millions of us that will only buy and drink Bird Friendly coffee once the reasons why are better understood. Our ‘boot strap’ operation has grown and we are really beginning to make a difference thanks to the farmers that grow the good coffee and the people that buy and drink it. Bird Friendly coffee costs more than most coffees and is harder to find. But it also tastes better than almost any other coffee. In addition to saving birds, the organic sustainable farming methods our farmer partners use means a healthier world for all of us.

Our wonderful, supportive and loyal customers have inspired us every step of the way and will, I am certain, continue to do so. Thanks to you all our mission has traction and Bird Friendly ® coffee sales are growing.

We are really pleased to be able to upgrade our web site and order functions to make the ordering process easier and more pleasant. Let us know how it works for you !

Thank you for your ongoing support of our business and mission. Lots more to do but with your support and that of your families and friends it can and will get done.
