We value our long term relationships with our producers who tend their beans using the time-honoured traditional methods that produce the highest quality coffees. These methods also maintain the wintering habitat of our migratory birds.

On arrival of a new crop, we enjoy fine-tuning the roasting profile to coax out that special pleasure unique to the vintage.
