Peru La Florida
|
The La Florida coffee co-operative is in the mountainous
Chanchamayo region of Peru. The coffee grows from 1200 to 1400 meters and contains Bourbon, Catimor, Typica, Caturra, and Pache varietals. The coffees are wet processed and sun dried.
This year's crop is rich and satisfying. It features a lovely auroma of wild honey with a woody background. The cup is clean and smooth with a luxurious velvety body. It has sweet nutty flavours of walnut and pecan with an extrodinary sweet lingering finish. All this and tripple certified too!
Available as roasted whole beans or green for roasting at home.
