Mexico Hacienda Miravalles
|
The Hacienda Miravalles coffee is an extremely well-processed European preparation and milled with the latest electronic technology available, producing consistent quality, preparation and a consistent cup quality. The varieties of coffees this estate produces are Arabica Typica and Bourbon. The farm sits in the highlands of the Sierra Madre mountain range in Mexico and the coffee grows on the steep mountain slopes at elevations of 1200 metres (4000 feet). Although the coffee is high grown, the coffee matures quickly because of the hot climate giving it some different characteristics than a typical high grown.
The coffee is mild and sweet with a clean finish. It has a flowery auroma tending to honey. Look for peanut as the cup cools. There is an undertone of tobacco and walnut.
