Loma Linda or Beautiful Hill rests on a plateau in the heart of the Sierra Madre mountains 200 miles west of Guatemala City.
This is a lovely coffee with fragrant auroma, velvety body. It is smooth with fruity notes tending from berry to citrus. It has a clean finish and lingering sweetness on the tonge. Is that a hint of peanut as the cup cools?
