Colombia Don Telmo Special Reserve
|
We are very luck to have a small quantity of the Don Telmo Special Reserve from the Mesa de los Santos Estate. It is harvested from heirloom varietal Bourbon plants originally planted on the estate by their namesake Telmo J. Diaz. Don Telmo founded the Mesa de los Santos estate and pioneered organic farming methods.
The coffee has surprising depth and richness. It is more intense and has deeper floral/fruity tones than does the regular Mesa de los Santos. Our roast brings out walnut and spice with a hint of chocolate as the cup cools.
